Sahffi’s Medicine Music Meditation is a unique concert and guided meditation experience where audiences are invited to sit in silent meditation during the duration of the performance. These concerts are designed to help you go deeper into your own personal meditation practice and heart with live music offered as medicine, channeled messages, and poetry. Receiving music as medicine in a group meditative environment allows the listener to absorb the vibration of the sound and meanings of the words in a more focused way, which helps facilitate a deeper meditative experience.
Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. You may either sit in a chair (provided) or bring your yoga mat, cushion, and/or back jack to sit on the floor. Please plan to arrive by 6:15pm so that you have time to check-in and get settled.
